Great team, I had brought in my MG trolling motor for warranty work and the service team was on top of it. I had to commute about a hour and half but to mitigate that, Ricky was in constant communication with me about the status of the repair. Will definitely use Henderson again for my service needs.

I had a problem with my 2019 Polaris Ranger starter and winch. Dropped it off on Friday morning and the service mechanic started troubleshooting immediately. Picked the Ranger up same afternoon, issues identified and resolved. I spoke with the mechanic about the findings, which he took the time to explain and gave pointers on what to watch for in the future. The service department was very helpful. This I greatly appreciated. It’s easy to walk into a dealer and purchase something, but when I experience service on this level it confirms I made a good decision by purchasing from Henderson.

We have always been JohnDeere people but walked in to check out a Kabota. The sales guy Zack was one of the reasons we went back to kabota. He explained and showed the equipment. New and used. No pressure from him, laid out all the options. Left and returned to purchase. Sorry to say the johndeere guy couldn't get out of his office to show us what he had. Zack at Hendersonimplement was completely interested in showing us all that was available. Free delivery and GREAT customer service!

Great place to get service work on tractor
I don’t have enough good things to say about Henderson of Lake Charles. I had some issues with a previous dealer in Texas that kept giving me the run around on some parts I needed. Quick google search lead me here. Talked to Guy Phillips in parts, and he was amazing. Took the time to listen to my issues, and find me the correct parts for my tracker. White river does not make it easy to find parts. I kept adding things to the list, took about 2 weeks for everything to come in. Guy stayed in contact with me as parts came in and then shipped one box to me when my order was complete. I would definitely recommend them for anything tracker related. You have a customer for life!! A+++ customer service.

Zack Hall been looking for a 75-2 since summer, called me before thanksgiving and advised he had a 75-3 on a truck inbound. I went to the store on Wednesday and did a credit app and received my machine on Monday after thanksgiving. Cory handled the paperwork and I bet it wasn’t five minutes to complete. We visited for 15 minutes. I just told the guys, I had bought a car and a motorcycle in august and September, and I was never buying another vehicle in Calcasieu parish. Henderson guys changed my mind. Also they were $3000 dollars cheaper than an out of town dealer. I love Kubota and this is my first skid steer and I love it. Thanks for the great buying experience. We replaced our 12 year old Hustler ZTR by going to Henderson, a Hustler lawn mower dealer. After having the Hustler do so well for us for so long we were shopping for another. This time, however, we decided to go with a Kubota ZTR lawn mower instead. Corey Harmon made the whole process from answering our questions about the different models to processing the paperwork very easy, quick, and actually enjoyable. I’d quickly recommend Corey as he was the most responsive at Henderson.

Today is 2/4/23 - I just left Henderson of Abbeville after purchasing boat supplies for annual maintenance. Wish I would have purchased my new Tracker Heritage back in March 2018 from Jarrod Veazey and Henderson of Abbeville. I live in Lafayette, and have shopped here for parts and supplies the last two years. Always friendly, helpful, and has what I need. Great service and highly recommend !

The staff including Zack and Allison were pleasant to deal with. Had a few issues with the boat and they got it in and fixed them. Nothing major. Had a small leak on one of the hoses and they had to add an addional battery for the computer screens as they pulled down the cranking battery. Overall they were good to work with.
My wife and I just purchased a pontoon boat, the experience was great. Our salesman Hayden was very helpful and answered all our questions and the business manger Corey, made the buying process quick and painless. We will definitely be back!

I live over 16hrs away from Henderson and their sales staff where very helpful to answer any questions and text any pictures of the boat that I had questions about. The service department made sure the boat was seaworthy before sending it out the door. From start to finish great service, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the future.
